Recruit people to own and run insurance agencies
Mentor and support new business owners
Develop and implement business strategies
Establish a local presence in the community
Assess market conditions and trends
Manage all aspects of the agency, including customer service, operations, and marketing
Review the productivity of each site
Develop plans to increase sales or profitability
Implement strategies within all branches within their district
Visit each location regularly to ensure operations run smoothly
Requirements
Experience in Property & Casualty or Financial Services sales
A proven track record of driving business outcomes
Effective leadership experience
The ability to devise and implement effective business strategies
Strong business acumen
Knowledge of contracts and related compliance experience
General Lines Property and Causlty, Life & Health licenses required
