Job Description:
As Marketing Manager, youll be in charge of overseeing all of our marketing efforts. Youll lead and execute multi-channel campaigns across TV, Social Media, SEO, Community Events, Billboards, Local Seminars, Direct Mail, Print, and More. Youll work closely with the team to develop marketing strategies that generate leads and build our brands presence in the community and lead the charge as we expand across the country. Your role is critical to helping us reach seniors and ensure they have access to the Medicare benefits that can change their lives.
This position requires a highly tech-savvy individual with a strong track record in managing paid marketing campaigns across various channels. Youll also need to be proficient in web page development, graphic design, and program automation using our CRM, including AI tools.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Oversee and manage campaigns across TV, billboards, community events, social media, direct mail and more to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Design & Content Creation: Produce compelling content and design materialsfrom social media graphics to TV ads, and morethat resonates with our senior audience.
- Website & Online Presence: Build and improve web pages and oversee SEO efforts to ensure that seniors can easily access relevant information and resources.
- AI & CRM Automation: Program and optimize automation within our GoHigh Level based CRM, leveraging AI tools to streamline marketing processes and improve customer interactions.
- Brand Storytelling & PR: Shape the story of how were making a difference. Craft clear and empowering brand messages while managing local media outreach and events.
- Community Engagement: Plan and execute local events like seminars and health expos to directly engage with the senior community and help them navigate their Medicare benefits.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and maximum impact. Provide accurate and timely reporting on marketing KPIs to leadership.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven success in managing paid marketing campaigns on Social Media is REQUIRED. Experience managing other strategies like TV, Direct Mail, Community Events, and more are preferred.
- 3 years experience in a marketing agency as a Marketing Manager, Media Buyer, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Creative Director, Content Marketing Manager, Advertising Account Manager, or similar role is REQUIRED.
- Extensive Tech-Savvy Skills: Experience building web pages, graphic design, and programming automation within a CRM is REQUIRED.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Strong project management skills: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment is REQUIRED.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect authentically with diverse community groups, especially seniors is REQUIRED.
- References Required: Candidates must provide references that demonstrate their successful track record in managing multi-channel marketing efforts.
