Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and increase client engagement. You will also manage all other aspects of our agency marketing including TV, Social Media, Direct Mail, Community Relations, and more.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, website, and search engines. Your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of the insurance industry will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote health insurance, property, and casualty insurance products and services.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content for website, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and customer engagement.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
