What We Are Looking For :
We seek candidates with :
A strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to run their own business.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred).
A minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Your Responsibilities :
Build and manage your own insurance agency.
Recruit and train staff members who are licensed and appointed with Farmers Insurance.
Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Manage all aspects of your business operations including budgeting, staffing, and customer service.

Requirements
General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life, Health, & Annuities Insurance licensing (must be able to obtain within 90 days of start date if not already licensed)
Sales, customer service, and time management
Self-Motivated and goal-oriented
No bankruptcies or criminal record with felonies
Strong organizational skills
