Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Office experience and knowledge is required. The Position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties.

Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls, email or text.
- Responds to all inquiries, change requests, Evidence of insurance, and sales requests within a specified time frame.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service Experience in a professional environment.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in SPANISH, able to speak, write and read.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Great Customer Service Skills with Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
