Your primary mission will be to help hire, train, coach, motivate, and manage a small team of producers and CSR's after demonstrating proficiency in sales and setting an example for the team to follow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- A desire for a long-term career in insurance.
- Self-starter who is confident and outgoing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least one year of insurance sales experience.
- Experience coaching others using a structured sales process.
- Property, Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
- Ability to travel to the Seattle once a month for team lunches.
Nice to have:
- Management experience.
- Farmers Insurance experience.
- Proven success working internet leads.
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
