The Farmers Insurance David Carson Agency is seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position will turn into a sales producer position after training. You will then be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Insurance license is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right individual. Must be willing to obtain P&C insurance license within 2 months of hire date.
Responsibilities:
- Take payments
- Answer and make phone calls
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Check over insurance policies to ensure accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Self-motivated, driven, goal oriented, and positive attitude
Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual preferred
