Build relationships with our valued clients, receive top-tier insurance knowledge to thrive in a busy, team-oriented agency. You will work provided leads and close new business. Your Agent will guide you and a supportive District Farmers Team will encourage your progress and training.

Responsibilities
- Work in Agency Office - Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 5:30.
- Call agency provided leads for new business sales to reach goals.
- Cross-sell to current clients & propose custom insurance solutions.
- Build customer connections by responding to requests, follow-up, provide outstanding customer service and explain insurance products to customers.
Requirements
- Active General Lines or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
- 6 months experience as an insurance Licensed Sales Producer
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Coachable and receptive attitude.
- Strong motivation and drive in all tasks.
- General Lines Life, Accident & Health License not required but preferred.
Salary : $35,000 - $70,000
