Key Responsibilities
- Assist in interviews with prospective agent candidates and promote our recruitment efforts.
- Manage new agent onboarding process to ensure a successful transition.
- Provide product and training and support for Property, Casualty and Life products to Agents and Agency Staff.
- Empower our agents by sharing competitive advantages and innovative marketing strategies.
- Assist quote generation, and crafting impactful sales presentations.
- Help organize district meetings and events to boost the success of our initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experienced producer, agency manager or senior staff.
- Fully licensed in P&C / Life & Health
- Strong understanding of insurance products and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate participants.
- Proven success in agency support and achieving targets.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- A genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Licenses
- Industry Experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful Completion of a background check
- Technological Literacy
- Ability to Work On-Site and in the Field
Pay & Benefits
Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary along with the opportunity to earn a bonus:
- Pay Range: $36,000 - $48,000 (commissions/bonuses).
