Base salary of $45,000 to $60,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
Recruit & Develop Agents Assist in identifying, hiring, and training new insurance agents.
Support Agency Growth Help agents increase sales, improve retention, and optimize business performance.
Business Coaching Provide mentorship on marketing, prospecting, and customer acquisition strategies.
Performance Management Track and analyze agency performance to implement growth strategies.
Leadership Development Work closely with the District Manager to learn business operations and leadership skills.
Financial & Compliance Oversight Ensure agents follow Farmers guidelines and industry regulations.
Requirements
Education & Experience Bachelors degree preferred; sales, business, or leadership experience is a plus.
Entrepreneurial Mindset Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
Leadership Skills Strong ability to mentor, coach, and develop agents.
Sales & Marketing Knowledge Experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition is beneficial.
Communication & Networking Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Licensing Ability to obtain or currently hold necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). We will cover all license cost.
