Responsibilities
- Sales Promotions : Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth.
- Agent Support : Assist agents with quoting, navigating Farmers systems, and optimizing sales processes.
- Training & Development : Coordinate and facilitate agent training through Farmers University and other educational platforms.
- District Communications : Ensure effective and timely communication between the district office and agency owners.
- Bonus Programs : Support agents in understanding and achieving bonus opportunities by tracking progress and providing guidance.
- Marketing Plans : Assist agents in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive local engagement and customer acquisition.
- Reporting : Generate and analyze reports on agency performance, sales goals, and district metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruitment Strategies : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Applicant Tracking : Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and organize candidate information.
- Campus Recruitment : Build relationships with educational institutions through campus recruitment initiatives.
