Assess clients financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Educate clients on various life insurance products and benefits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Customize policies to align with clients' budgets and long-term goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and policy changes.
Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support.
Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in insurance or a related field.
Previous experience in life insurance, sales required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Life and Health Insurance license required.
Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity (preferred).
