Responsibilities
- Analyzes agency life insurance production activity and results within a set of geographically assigned agencies to understand trends and is responsible for realizing Life policy and associated premium growth objectives.
- Assists in the development and implementation of territory / market initiatives and strategies independently or as part of a team.
- Serves as the primary contact point for agency, their support staff, and clients to build and maximize the relationship for Life Insurance products and processes.
- Promotes overall company value proposition and drives results.
- Utilizes consultative skills to consult and train on products, services, concepts and technology to achieve objectives.
