Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of property and casualty clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Actively prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct risk assessments to recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy binders.
- Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and claims processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Property and Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience in property and casualty insurance is preferred, though candidates with sales, client management, or related experience are encouraged to apply.
- A passion for building relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
