Responsibilities:
- Handling Inquiries: Answering calls and emails from policyholders & providing detailed information about policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Sales Support: Generating quotes for new and active policyholders by cross-selling into additional lines of business as well as processing leads.
- Customer Support: Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally while maintaining accurate records of interactions & transactions.
- Education & Training: Staying informed about company products & industry trends to further educate clients about policy options & benefits.
Qualifications:
- Proven Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to customize your communication based on client preferences.
- Licensing: Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license within 1st month of employment (no insurance experience is required).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, insurance software, and CRM systems.
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission: First year employees have earned upwards of $70,000, and increased from there utilizing bonuses.

- Performance Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly opportunities for bonuses and paid vacations.
