Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods. Develop and execute strategies to expand your client base.
- Consultative Sales: Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes. Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
Requirements
- Insurance License: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid state insurance license.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. A strong sales acumen and the ability to build relationships are essential.
