Job Summary
- Produce reporting and basic balancing work for the Print and Document Management division.
- This position will track daily production volumes, answer requests for ad-hoc information, and provide basic analytical work on daily volume numbers and reprints.
Internal position title: Account Analyst I
What You'll Do
- Reporting on daily production volumes.
- Ad-hoc reporting.
- Quality Assurance.
- Other duties in our DS&L Production team.
What You'll Bring
- Some accounting or prior Industry experience required.
- Microsoft Office products is preferred (Excel, Word, One Note, etc).
Additional Qualification
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel required.
- Basic skills in MS Word, MS Power Point and internal systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organization skills and an ability to prioritize.
Hours and Location You'll Work
- Shift Hours are Monday - Friday, from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
- 10% Shift Differential in salary applies for working 3rd shift.
- This role is an essential onsite position, in our DS&L production team in Caledonia, MI location.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
