Identify leads : Qualify leads, gather customer information, and assess their needs
Build relationships : Follow up with leads and maintain communication to increase the likelihood of sales
Close sales : Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure customer commitment
Meet goals : Achieve or exceed sales targets, lead generation goals, and appointment setting goals
Record information : Record customer information and sales leads in a CRM system
