Whether your goal is to launch your own agency or gain experience through our Earn While You Learn program, we offer flexible pathways to fit your needs. Plus, well cover the cost of your licensing to help you get started on the right foot.
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary Range : $100,000 - $350,000 per year
S upplemental Ownership Compensation :
- 5,000 Signing Bonus
- Up to 300% Monthly Commission Bonus
- Up to 60% Annual Commission Bonus

Business Development :
Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.
Sales and Customer Service :
Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.
Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.
Growth and Learning :
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products.
Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.
