Responsibilities
- Work with the lead agent to meet production and training requirements
- Learn phone, face-to-face, and business-to-business sales skills
- Work with lead agent and sales staff on community marketing
- Learn entrepreneurial skills
Requirements
- Become licensed in Property & Casualty (paid by lead agent)
- Become licensed in Life, Accident, and Health (paid by lead agent)
- Complete all assigned training
