About the Role :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Farmers Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable company and provide excellent service to our clients.
Must have Property and Casualty license with 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Responsibilities :
Assist customers with insurance policy inquiries and changes
Process policy renewals and updates
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Assist with policy claims and documentation
Requirements :
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required
