Responsibilities
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are met.
- Manage benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand their options and coverage details.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and generate leads.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- Licensed or willing to obtain proper licensing in the State of Missouri (Property and Casualty as well as Life, Health, and Accident licenses).
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficienxy in Custer service principles, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
