Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with tracking, processing and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Valid California Insurance Property and Casualty License
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Proficient typing skills
- Familiarity with call center operations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Sales experience preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi task with attention to details is imperative.
