Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity:
· Property & Casualty license is preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
· At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required
· Life & Health license is a plus
· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
· Must be motivated and determined with excellent communication skills
· Must pass background check
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity:
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to capitalize on the lucrative 300% monthly new business bonus program
· Manage and coach a team of sales professionals
· Provide leadership in the community
· Prospect and market commercial insurance and take advantage of the ability to broker commercial insurance not desired by Farmers insurance
· Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Pay: $168,000.00 - $280,247.00 per year
