We are seeking a Producer to join our amazing team! You will be responsible for generating new business and helping the agency to grow, as well as helping customers by providing product and service information. Our agency is growing and we are seeking talented Agents to join our team! The right candidates will help grow our agency by engaging new prospects and building valuable relationships within our community, while providing a wide range of multiple carrier insurance and financial service products designed to help protect families, homes, vehicles, small businesses and retirement plans. Responsibilities:
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions
- Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies
- Review renewal business and conduct appropriate follow up based on degree of change
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to pass the state of Texas insurance licensing exam (if not already licensed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possess attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Proficiency in operating personal computers and performing routine calculations
What You Can Expect:
We offer a unique compensation program designed to reward individual effort and team performance, which we feel is at the core of our long term success. Compensation is comprised of a competitive base salary, plus a monthly share of commissions and bonuses. We are also open to creating a flexible full-time opportunity for the ideal candidate with a history of success and leadership ability.
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
