Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office team! Our Customer Service Representative / Receptionist needs to exceed customer service standards for current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Responsibilities
CSR will focus on high level customer service which includes cross selling opportunities. Ideally looking for someone with a great attitude, willing to learn everything the industry has to offer!
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Attend to walk-in customers as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
- Maintain outbound call volume as necessary.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions.
No prior experience is necessary.
