We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resources practices and processes. The Human Resource manager is responsible overall administration of the Bank’s Human Resources function. The position is also responsible for assisting managers in maintaining staff, public relations and internal affairs of the bank.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
*Qualifications*
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases such as ADP and LMS.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Responsible for the Bank's personnel policy - updating and enforcement.
- Responsible for setting up, maintaing, and updating personnel files, assisting department heads with the training of staff, audits relating to Federal regulations and employment issues.
- Responsible for the Banks Rewards Program.
