We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Healthcare human resources experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HR Management role preferred.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the facility’s human resource’s function. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
This position is also responsible for the day-to-day HR processes including:
- Full cycle processing of new hires and onboarding activities
- Full cycle Leave Management
- Workplace Safety
- Team Member Recognition & Retention
- Employee relations
- Tracking total position control & Total compensation roster
- Full cycle file management
- New hire orientation; annual orientation
