Support Staff Duties
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including bussing tables and refilling drinks.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with setting up tables for new guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Familiarize yourself with menu items and daily specials to provide accurate information to guests.
- Busser: Bussing tables, keeping all areas of the restaurant clean.
- Host: Seating guests, managing reservations, answering the phone.
- Food Running: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food presentation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
