Qualifications:
- A Doctorate in Nursing or a related field is required.
- Strong potential for an active and sustained research program in nursing or a related field.
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness in nursing education.
- Recent experience in nursing/education and/or nursing practice.
- Demonstrated record of scholarship, including publications, presentations, and research funding.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching strategies, including online and hybrid course delivery.
- Experience advising students and participating in service activities at the departmental or college level.
