To be considered you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Drivers License
- State Wildland Firefighter I Certified
- Firefighter I & II certifications
- Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations certifications
- Advanced EMT or Paramedic License
- To Maintain physical condition to perform essential duties of the job
- To pass the annual Physical Fitness Minimum Standards
- A strong desire to further your career through additional training and certifications
- To perform a variety of firefighting duties related to protecting life and property of city residents and the general public
- To perform EMS and ambulance operations as an Advanced EMT (A-EMT) or Paramedic
