- Answers inbound calls for Order delivery, responds to questions
- Perform Outbound calls to customers

- Process Special Delivery orders
- Processes all Fax orders
- Completes Driver Notes
- Process late orders, Credit and Complaint forms
- Researches and compiles information
- Attends meetings and serves on temporary committees, as requested
- Ensures office equipment is in working order
- Attends assigned training sessions
- Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested
