Nurse Educator - Minnesota RN License Required
Farmstead Living is hiring an RN who will educate, train, evaluate, and coach new and existing CNAs & Caregivers in the matter of resident care, policies, and procedures. The Nurse Educator is vital in starting each Caregiver off on the right foot.
This position could be Full-Time or Part-Time. Applicant must be willing and able to work occasional evening and weekend hours, depending on the trainee and his / her schedule. Pay Range = $32-$42 / hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications :
- Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN
- Experience in an Assisted Living community is preferred, but not required
- Experience as a trainer or clinical educator is preferred, but not required
- Able to work well with care staff, other nurses, residents, and families
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient, positive and supportive leader
