Job Description
As a Technology Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion. This includes strategic planning, operational management, execution, and post-project analysis.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures, drive cyber and information security processes across the firm's IT infrastructure, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as experience in managing distributed IT teams, IT systems, and regulatory compliance impacting assets across multiple jurisdictions.
A hybrid schedule with four days in office and one day remote is available for this position.
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology Management, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- Seven years of experience as an Information Technology Project Management Coordinator or related occupation.
- At least three years of experience leading and managing large-scale projects, including strategic planning, operational management, execution, and post-project analysis.
- Experience in the real estate market, investment strategies, property management, and related regulatory environments.
- Microsoft Suite of products, including Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power BI.
- IT systems experience, including JIRA and Confluence; Salesforce; Cherre; Monday.com; JumpCloud; Slack; Sophos end point protection; VPN and ZTNA; Yardi Voyager; Yardi Deal Manager; Yardi Facility Manager; Yardi Data Connect; Yardi Forecast Manager; Yardi Construction Manager; Yardi P2P; Yardi Vendor Café; Yardi Tenant Café; and Yardi SQL Tool.
