About the Position
The Farr Law Firm P.A. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing trusts and estates practice in Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities
- Client Management – Communicate with clients to commence an engagement, to keep the matter moving forward on a timely basis, and to make certain that the firm's efforts are in tune with the client's needs.
- Drafting documents, such as wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Meeting with clients to execute documents.
- Assist with any other legal matters as needed.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree.
- Minimum of three years of experience in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organized, efficient, and friendly with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to anticipate client needs; forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills.
