Hours: Monday - Thursday (6:00A - 4:30P)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. They should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting speeds for efficient machining
• Conduct quality inspections of parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production schedules
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes and designs
