As our Field Manager, you'll take charge of leading all daily operations in the field, ensuring strict quality control and maintaining high operational standards. Your take charge and structured approach will be crucial in successfully making sure trucks are loaded and prepped accurately, installers in the field are led successfully to ensure timely, efficient and effective operations and verify that technical data reports (GoFormz) on site are completed promptly, accurately and consistently. Our Field Crew Manager is goal-oriented and always willing to fill in where needed to ensure success on site, including friendly and informative communication with customers and exercises responsible and consistent follow up and follow through.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Oversee and ensure all field operations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Truck Readiness: Ensure all trucks are prepared and equipped for daily field operations.
- GoFormz Accuracy: Verify that all GoFormz are completed accurately and promptly, according to guidelines and policies.
- Field Leadership: Lead and manage installers in the field, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Operational Support: Step in and fill roles as needed to maintain smooth operations and address any immediate concerns or issues.

Qualifications:
- High level of autonomy and self-reliance
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable Driving Box Truck
- Ability to travel overnight and stay overnight
- Ability to work in environments of varied temperatures and structure
