Qualifications - Warranty Administrator
Minimum Two Years of Chrysler Dodge RAM Warranty Experience
CDK Experience preferred
Subaru Warranty Experience a plus
Team Player, Reliable, Consistent, Organized
Responsibilities - Warranty Administrator
Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise.
Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
Processes all transportation damage claims
Verifies criteria required by the factory.
Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
Makes warranty corrections as needed prior to submittal
Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor.
Occasionally audits scanning to ensure completeness and compliance (Digital Imaging)
Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller.
Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
May be requested to book RO's with proper labor ops and tech flagging.
Fully reviews the RO to maximize every warranty claim
Fully reviews all RO's to maximize straight / diag time
Expected to have 3 days or less claim submission.
Expected to maintain a high level of claims paid first submission
Performs other duties as assigned.
