Our team members have a broad interest and understanding of managing teams and business methods, along with a deep interest in a specialized area. In addition to our client work, our team members have their own big ideas, love brainstorming sessions, and participate in service-innovation to drive our internal FarWell improvement.Organizational Change Management : We need individuals with a deep understanding of the processes, tools, and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. Experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or playing a key role on a team managing such an initiative is essential.Project Management : Experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget, and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication, and Risk Management Plans is also helpful.Continuous Improvement : Awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA is beneficial.
