Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Maintenance / Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, and groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Assist in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Conduct general landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching and edging.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining landscapes.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal of dead branches.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and groundskeeping techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $20.28 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
