Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest engagement and product education
- Work closely with Store Manager, and other key holders to ensure smooth operations
- Train, delegate, and supervise staff to meet store goals
- Maintain and achieve sales goals by driving and applying retail metrics in real-time
- Adhere to loss prevention controls and guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
- Experience with retail metrics or goals; ability to apply metrics to drive performance
- Strong leadership skills and capability to work as part of a management team
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous management experience
