HDR currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator with the technical skills and desire to help support our nationally recognized Transportation Business Group. This position can be based out of our Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Wilmington, NC, or Winston-Salem, NC offices. In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to :
- Manage pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
- Work with Marketing, Project Managers, and technical staff to plan, write, design, and produce proposal and presentation materials.
- Develop and coordinate graphics.
- Write non-technical text; edit and proofread marketing communications.
- Write and maintain project profiles for all current and past projects.
- Arrange for professional photography on projects.
- Prepare and update resumes for Transportation staff in North Carolina.
- Track and maintain marketing information to populate company data systems : pursuit and contract information, photography, resumes, project profiles, references, etc.
- Communicate and collaborate with marketing staff in other offices as well as corporate marketing.
- Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorships with Business Development Leader, Business Group Manager and Accounting staff.
- Attend industry and client events, as needed.
- Work with internal client managers and teams to develop marketing strategies, client development plans and pursuit capture plans.
- Adhere to company brand standards and quality control procedures.
