Description :
HDR is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our New England Water Business Group team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a background of leading business development opportunities and programs in the water / wastewater / water resources industry in Massachusetts. They will be responsible for performing client development activities in Massachusetts to grow our water program and identify and support successful pursuit of water / wastewater / water resources projects through planning, design, and construction phases. They will serve as a Client Liaison where they have relationships and need to be skilled in identifying and positioning for HDR to successfully engage in pursuits and proposals that lead to new or expanded projects, and, if needed provide input on project delivery. Project types will include water, wastewater and water resources infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities :
- Participating in lead roles and encouraging involvement in industry organizations and functions including presentations and publications
- Providing direction and being involved with community and public outreach activities related to the development of projects
- Building team technical expertise and production capacity through recruitment
- May have the opportunity to serve in an expert type role for projects
