Overview:
Fast & EZ Self Storage is looking to hire a Part Time Relief Manager for our self-storage facility in Las Vegas, Nevada on Lamb Blvd.. We are looking to hire immediately. We are seeking an outgoing, team oriented, hardworking, minded customer service professional. We are willing to train you. THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. (15 to 20 hours per week.)

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALONE AND ACCOMPLISH TASKS AS OUTLINED BY THE REGIONAL MANAGER & FACILITY MANAGER.

The Facility Management Staff oversees the daily operations of our storage property. This includes coordinating the activities related to storage rental, move-ins, and move-outs.

Self-Storage Experience Preferred. This position you will be interacting directly with prospective and current tenants to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure customer retention.

Computer experience mandatory, Professional well-groomed appearance.

You will be responsible for answering phones, leasing storage units, collecting rent, and facility maintenance. Cash handling experience and the ability to work well alone are required. Facility maintenance includes being able to blow out the property, sweep, weed and pick up property debris as well as seeing that the office and property are kept clean and organized.

• This is a permanent part-time position. The days required to be onsite for this position is Friday-Saturday at Fast and EZ Self Storage in Las Vegas, NV.

• Candidates must be flexible and available for schedule changes and available for Manager vacations & sick time coverage.

• Candidates also must be able to pass drug screening and background check.

*Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
