Aftermarket Sales Manager
Overview:
Lead and develop an aftermarket sales team to drive growth, manage customer relationships, and optimize sales processes. Identify new opportunities, support business development, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and meet KPIs.
- Customer Management: Maintain and grow relationships, address concerns, and expand key accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development: Execute company sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and develop new business.
- Product Expertise: Master product offerings to effectively present to customers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with internal teams to drive success.
- Market & Competitive Insight: Stay informed on industry trends to inform strategy.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance and provide regular updates.
- Travel: Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of sales management experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
