What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aftermarket Accessories and Graphics Manager position at Mills Automotive Group?
Mills Auto Xtreme (MAX) is looking for an After Market Accessories and Graphics Manager, to lead both the MAX Accessories and Graphics Teams. Responsible for coordinating the MAX inventory on each Dealership lot, ensuring the correct numbers of accessorized vehicles are on display at each Dealership lot at all times, oversees the design and installation of vehicle wraps, vehicle graphics, fleet graphics, etc.
This position is Responsible for: Establishing rapport and trust with Team Members and Guests, greeting Guests and identifying their needs and wants in a professional manner, consistent with this purpose, the Manager must maintain Company standards of quality and Guest Satisfaction.
- Provides options to the Guest on the best products to meet their needs.
- Brings vehicle to Guests and demonstrate, if appropriate how to use new feature(s) emphasizing safety procedures.
- Provides proper documentation to Guest of work completed and any applicable warranty information.
