About the role

As an inventory analyst, you will optimize our inventory management through data driven insights. You will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, logistics, and operations to enhance our existing suite of inventory tools and reporting. In addition, you will work with data scientists and business leaders to set inventory targets, manage demand forecasts and help drive future inventory strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze demand and supply data to make informed decisions about inventory strategy
  • Maintain demand forecasts and track accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, tech, operations, and logistics to align inventory planning with overall business goals
  • Build and maintain tools to help support the merchant team and other stakeholders
  • Set inventory health KPI targets and track progress towards them

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • Proficient SQL programming ability
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or demand planning
  • Experience with time-series forecasting
  • Experience programming in Python and/or R
