Fast Home Cash Offers is a real estate investment company. We are not real estate brokers or agents. We acquire houses directly from homeowners, and either fix and flip or assign the contract. We have done over 500 deals since 2018 and closed millions in real estate transactions. We're looking for go-getters with strong sales ability, great communication skills, and a hunger for results.

Position Overview:
Fast Home Cash Offers is seeking an In-Person Acquisition to join our elite team. This is a high-performance sales role that will immerse you in the fast-paced world of real estate investing. You will be on the front lines, managing incoming inbound leads, building rapport with sellers, negotiating contracts, and helping homeowners find win-win solutions.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Some weekends and evenings required
Tools & Software Required:
- Podio (CRM system)
- SmrtPhone (Dialer)
- Zoom (Virtual meetings. Turned on Zoom Video for the entire shift)
- Google Docs / MS Office Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, Presentations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all leads, Make Offers and follow up persistently until closed
- Receive Inbound Call and Make outbound calls to prospects in the CRM
- Build rapport and negotiate win-win deals
- Conduct appointments and manage seller communication
- Use CRM (Podio) to track daily activity and lead status
- Close contracts quickly and efficiently
- Assist sellers by offering creative solutions
- Attend company training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate Wholesaling: Strongly preferred
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in phone sales or closing
- Communication: Confident phone skills, persuasive, personable
- Tech Savvy: Strong ability to use CRMs and sales tools
- Work Ethic: Driven, independent, focused, and goal-oriented
- Professionalism: Sharp, polished, dependable
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Takes ownership and initiative
- Must be able to commute to Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 or plan to relocate

Compensation/Salary:
Option 1: Base Salary with Commission
- $3,000/month 5-11% commission of total closed deal revenue
- Range of Total Earnings in a quarter = $20,250 - $44,750
Option 2: Commission-Based Only
- 9.5-15.5% of total closed deal revenue
- Range of Total Earnings in a quarter: 20,250 - $44,750
