Here are a few more things we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of agency experience or equivalent, including experience in digital and content production.
• Experience with managing digital projects, including banners, emails, and website updates.
• Proficiency in social media and influencer marketing.
•  Enthusiasm for current digital technology, innovation, and product development, and how these apply to our clients’ businesses.
• Ability to help manage day-to-day client requests and communication, while leveraging the support and expertise of a fully integrated team.  
• Knowledge and passion for how earned creative plays with traditional advertising, social and experiential a big plus.
• A service mentality and a proven bias toward action.
• Experience working with creatives and account teams to drive quality, efficiency and profitability of overall campaigns.
• Be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Ability to drive and work in an established but flexible process to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
• Possess excellent communication skills and understand the need for constant updates throughout the life of a project.
• An understanding of the need for both precision and flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly.
• Budgeting, negotiating, understanding the business of the business, and having established emotional intelligence to deal with people and issues of all varieties.
• A love for big ideas based on smart strategic insights and proven experience turning them into successful executions.
• Ability to keep teams both on task and highly motivated throughout the life of a project.
• An optimistic nature and “we can if…” attitude.
