Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring quality professional services.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop accurate diagnoses.
- Prescribe medications, educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions, and perform therapeutic procedures as necessary.
Requirements and Preferences
- Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice) preferred.
